Noah’s Journey with Ewing’s Sarcoma

When a chest X-ray showed a mass in Noah’s chest, his doctors gave him devastating news. It was a rare cancer called Ewing’s sarcoma. Noah was determined to go through treatment and beat this cancer. Our team in the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at Children’s Hospital Colorado supported Noah and helped him fight, and overcome, Ewing’s sarcoma.

Unfortunately, beating Ewing’s sarcoma was not the end to Noah’s cancer story. Only months after completing treatment and ringing the Warrior Bell, Noah was diagnosed with a different form of cancer – acute myeloid leukemia. Once again, Noah fought and overcame cancer. His cancer went into remission in 2020.

Devastatingly, due to complications related to COVID-19, Noah passed away in 2021. He continues to serve as an inspiration to our teams and everyone fortunate enough to know him.
