Exercises with an Athletic Trainer: High Kicks




Children’s Hospital Colorado athletic trainer Dan shows patients and student athletes how to do high kicks. This exercise activates hip flexors and improves mobility of the hip and flexibility of the glutes and hamstring muscles. It’s a great exercise for reducing risk of ACL injury.
