Exercises with an Athletic Trainer: Lateral Lunge




Children’s Hospital Colorado athletic trainer Dan shows patients and student athletes how to do Lateral Lunges. This exercise improves balance, stability, and strength by targeting the abductor and adductor muscles of the leg as well as the quadriceps, glutes, and hamstring muscles.
