What are Night Splints?




Night splints are devices worn on the foot or lower leg while you sleep. They gently keep your muscles stretched overnight, preventing tightness and easing pain. This device can treat conditions like plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis and Sever’s disease. A night splint looks like a cast, but it is easy to take on and off at home.
