The Great Potato Race
Back when she interviewed for her role as facilities director, the interviewer asked Kathy Hurley, “Can you run a potato race?”
“That’s when I realized just how seriously our team members take this event,” she says.
Now running for 26 years strong, the Great Potato Race is a quirky tradition that brings a lot of fun for patients and a lot of competition for team members. As for those who didn’t win, you know what they say: “Taters gonna tate.”
