Exercises with an Athletic Trainer: Shoulder Internal and External Rotation
Physical therapist Adam Hryniewicz demonstrates shoulder rotation exercises targeting the rotator cuff muscles. These exercises progress from internal to external rotation. They should be performed in a 90/90 position, meaning the elbow flexed at a 90-degree angle and upper arm raised to shoulder height.
