At 23 weeks, Sandy and Karsang found out their baby, Tashi, had cloaca, a type of anorectal malformation. Tashi was born at 30 weeks and needed surgical repair for her condition. Four years later, she’s had reconstructive surgery and is now a vibrant 4-year-old.
