The Medical Career (MC²) Collaborative Program at Children’s Hospital Colorado propels high school students from under-represented backgrounds toward careers in healthcare through hands-on experiences and professional development opportunities. In the program’s 20-year history, it has welcomed more than 500 participants. As of 2019, more than 60 program alumni have rejoined the workforce, giving back to the very hospital that has invested in their careers from day one.
