“I’ve learned more here in three years than I did in the eight years at my last job,” says Nikki.
As a pediatric medical technologist lead, Nikki is always looking to grow and learn while making a difference for kids and families. She finds that here at Children’s Colorado.
She has had a lot of medical tech jobs — in adult hospitals, doctors’ offices, operating rooms — and she considers her role here a “dream come true.” She loves the camaraderie with her fellow medical technologists and how it feels like she works with her friends. She loves the support she receives from her managers. She’s passionate about our values. And she loves that when she first walked into our hospital, she thought it wasn’t a hospital because of how colorful and welcoming it was.
