While we hope your baby’s birth is one of the most exciting moments of your life, we also work hard to make sure your excitement and joy continue far beyond that moment. Many families who have complex fetal surgery at our Colorado Fetal Care Center also need ongoing care as their child grows. If this is the case for your family, rest assured that you’ll have some of the best pediatric specialists in the country continuing care for you and your child, in one place, as long as needed.
Our maternal fetal medicine specialists, obstetricians, fetal surgeons, neonatologists and other experts will care for everything you and your baby need before, during and right after birth. Many babies who need fetal surgery spend time in our Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit or Cardiac Intensive Care Unit so they get the best care to help them grow and recover after birth.
And when it’s time to see other experts in our hospital, our care coordinators work with them to ensure your child continues to receive the best specialized care from our experts.
