Performing pediatric surgery so kids and families can heal and grow is a meaningful and important calling. But Jose Diaz-Miron, MD, wanted to do even more, so he helped create our bilingual clinic for pediatric surgery.
Dr. Diaz-Miron loves getting updates from families after he’s cared for them and seeing them grow and thrive. He wants that connection for all the families he cares for.
“Hearing complex topics in a different language can be very stressful,” says Dr. Diaz-Muron. “As a proud Latino who moved to the States, that [a bilingual clinic] is something I wanted to bring to Children’s Colorado.”
