Keep reading to see what seven Well+Good staffers have to say.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Expand my love of the outdoors<\/h2>\n<p>Being outside makes me endlessly happy, and in 2024, I want to lean into that. Work(out) from home<\/h2>\n<p>One thing about me? I want to spend as little time in the gym as humanely possible, which is why my fitness goal for 2024 is to maximize efficiency.
