Among them are red light therapy (which uses a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saunabar.com\/blog\/infrared-vs-red-light-therapy-whats-the-difference\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-vars-event=\"body text\" data-vars-click-url=\"https:\/\/www.saunabar.com\/blog\/infrared-vs-red-light-therapy-whats-the-difference\">shorter wavelength of red light than infrared<\/a>, typically to reduce inflammation in skin treatments); pulsed electromagnetic field therapy, or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellandgood.com\/pemf-therapy\/\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-vars-event=\"body text\" data-vars-click-url=\"https:\/\/www.wellandgood.com\/pemf-therapy\/\">PEMF therapy<\/a> (a non-invasive therapy that mimics the Earth\u2019s natural magnetic energy to improve circulation); and cryotherapy, or cold therapy (which has also been shown to increase circulation when used alongside heat, \u00e1 la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellandgood.com\/contrast-bathing\/\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-vars-event=\"body text\" data-vars-click-url=\"https:\/\/www.wellandgood.com\/contrast-bathing\/\">contrast bathing<\/a>).
