Not my favorite chose, but I like to do do the bed sheets and\/ or towels on the weekend to get a fresh start for the week. Spray the pillow with my dream mist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9:15 p.m.<\/strong>: Bath time! I&#8217;ll fill the bath with the relaxing products above, light a candle, turn down the lights, and soak. Sometimes I turn on soothing music, but usually, I&#8217;ll just close my eyes and relax in silence, listening to the water and the crackling candle.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>9:40 p.m<\/strong>.: Take a warm shower with <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/46neAI1\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"mbg-track-event\" data-track-event-types=\"click\" data-track-type=\"article-link\" data-track-prop-element-id=\"in-body-link\" data-track-prop-label=\"page_type | element_id\" data-track-prop-category=\"Link\" data-track-prop-link=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/46neAI1\" rel=\"noopener\">soothing lavender soap<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>9:50 p.m.<\/strong>: Brush my teeth and apply a a rose water <a href=\"https:\/\/heritagestore.com\/products\/rosewater\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"mbg-track-event\" data-track-event-types=\"click\" data-track-type=\"article-link\" data-track-prop-element-id=\"in-body-link\" data-track-prop-label=\"page_type | element_id\" data-track-prop-category=\"Link\" data-track-prop-link=\"https:\/\/heritagestore.com\/products\/rosewater\" rel=\"noopener\">facial mist<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/packagefreeshop.com\/products\/rose-water-face-cream\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"mbg-track-event\" data-track-event-types=\"click\" data-track-type=\"article-link\" data-track-prop-element-id=\"in-body-link\" data-track-prop-label=\"page_type | element_id\" data-track-prop-category=\"Link\" data-track-prop-link=\"https:\/\/packagefreeshop.com\/products\/rose-water-face-cream\/\" rel=\"noopener\">face cream<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10:00 p.m.: <\/strong>Come downstairs to prep any items for my smoothie\/ breakfast in the morning. Since I&#8217;m a night owl, I like to do this prep work ahead of time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10:10 p.m.:<\/strong> Grab the rest of my supplements: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mindbodygreen.com\/articles\/9-best-probiotic-supplements-of-2023-for-your-gut\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"mbg-track-event\" data-track-event-types=\"click\" data-track-type=\"article-link\" data-track-prop-element-id=\"in-body-link\" data-track-prop-label=\"page_type | element_id\" data-track-prop-category=\"Link\" data-track-prop-link=\"https:\/\/www.mindbodygreen.com\/articles\/9-best-probiotic-supplements-of-2023-for-your-gut\" rel=\"noopener\">probiotic<\/a>, coq10, resveratrol, and quercetin to help my mitochondria. I also have a small snack of a few berries and a spoonful of almond butter to help my blood sugar from dropping at night as<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mindbodygreen.com\/articles\/how-to-lower-blood-sugar\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"mbg-track-event\" data-track-event-types=\"click\" data-track-type=\"article-link\" data-track-prop-element-id=\"in-body-link\" data-track-prop-label=\"page_type | element_id\" data-track-prop-category=\"Link\" data-track-prop-link=\"https:\/\/www.mindbodygreen.com\/articles\/how-to-lower-blood-sugar\" rel=\"noopener\"> I work on stabilizing it<\/a>. Fill up my glass of water with lemon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10:20 p.m.:<\/strong> Get in bed and wrap up a few last-minute tasks on my phone (texts, emails, online shopping&#8230;) and jot down a few notes to not forget. I try not to get stuck in this mode.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>10:30 p.m.<\/strong>: Time to relax and do activities that feel good.
