But other than volleyball\u2014something I do solely for fun\u2014none have particularly stuck for me long-term.<\/div>\n<p>I don\u2019t think that\u2019s inherently a bad thing. Switching up your workouts is, in its own way, an avenue for keeping exercise doable, healthy, and fun.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, it would be nice to have more types of movement I could rely on and really make consistent, no matter how much time, money, energy, or motivation I do (or don\u2019t) have.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s where <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/tag\/cozycardio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-vars-event=\"body text\" data-vars-click-url=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/tag\/cozycardio\">\u201ccozy cardio\u201d<\/a> comes in.<\/p>\n<h2>The 411 on cozy cardio<\/h2>\n<p>Enter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@hope_zuckerbrow\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-vars-event=\"body text\" data-vars-click-url=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@hope_zuckerbrow\">Hope Zuckerbrow, a TikTok creator<\/a> and founder of the \u201cCozy Cardio Club.\u201d She started the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@hope_zuckerbrow\/video\/7264717773958434090\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-vars-event=\"body text\" data-vars-click-url=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@hope_zuckerbrow\/video\/7264717773958434090\">\u201ccozy cardio\u201d trend<\/a>, which basically pairs low-impact exercise with comfy clothes, your favorite TV show, aromatherapy, and whatever else helps you feel, well, cozy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSociety puts so much pressure on women to look a certain way, and because of that, a lot of them have turned exercise into a punishment, or a means of solely working off\u2026calories,\u201d says Zuckerbrow on TikTok. \u201cCozy cardio rewrites all of that.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"tiktok-embed\" style=\"max-width: 605px; It can be sensory-friendly and fun.\u201d She also noted that cozy cardio healed her \u201crelationship with exercise and brought joy back to movement again.\u201d After trying it out for myself, I can totally relate.<\/p>\n<h2>How I\u2019ve made cozy cardio workouts work for me<\/h2>\n<p>I don\u2019t have a walking pad or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellandgood.com\/are-desk-treadmills-worth-it\/\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-vars-event=\"body text\" data-vars-click-url=\"https:\/\/www.wellandgood.com\/are-desk-treadmills-worth-it\/\">desk treadmill<\/a> (yet) because, you know, budgeting. I&#8217;m also a little reluctant to jump around too much in my apartment since I&#8217;m on the third floor. If you\u2019re in the same boat, no worries: Cozy cardio workouts can be done in all kinds of ways.<\/p>\n<p>Personally, I love walking outside and listening to Taylor Swift when the weather is nice. Yes, you can be cozy outdoors! At the gym, you <em>will <\/em>catch me on the bike with a book to make all that pedaling more enjoyable. When I need some fun at home, I\u2019ll blast some music, get in a hot shower, lather up with Bath &amp; Body Works\u2019s stress relief soap, and vibe like I&#8217;m at a concert. These movements stimulate multiple senses, from smell to hearing to touch to sight. Not only does that feel pleasurable, but it\u2019s also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helpguide.org\/articles\/stress\/quick-stress-relief.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-vars-event=\"body text\" data-vars-click-url=\"https:\/\/www.helpguide.org\/articles\/stress\/quick-stress-relief.htm\">one of the fastest forms of stress relief<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Looking for at-home cozy cardio options as the weather cools?
