Switching over to low- or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mindbodygreen.com\/articles\/best-nonalcoholic-drinks\">no-ABV options<\/a> closer to bedtime may also help keep REM sleep intact (just watch out for added sugars).<\/p>\n<p>If you do want to enjoy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mindbodygreen.com\/articles\/healthiest-alcohol\">a glass of wine or a bit of mezcal before bed<\/a>, no shame.
