The result is a puckering appearance to the skin or skin dimpling.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s incredibly common, affecting <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1080\/14764170410003057\">up to 98% of women<\/a>, and it can be genetic\u2014meaning, you can have cellulite no matter what products you use on your skin, how old you are, or how much you weigh.
