This version has a delicious fruity flavor and <a href=\"https:\/\/wellnessmama.com\/recipes\/natural-sports-drink\/\">adds electrolytes<\/a> for better hydration.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-electrolyte-gummy-benefits\">Electrolyte Gummy Benefits<\/h2>\n<p>In the past few years it seems like there\u2019s a gummy version of almost everything. You can get gummy multivitamins, gummy ACV, and gummy beets. I\u2019ve come to the realization that we are <a href=\"https:\/\/wellnessmama.com\/podcast\/1058\/\">electrical beings <\/a>first and biomechanical second! So the more that I can do to support that, the better.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-electrolyte-gummy-ingredients\">Electrolyte Gummy Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>This ingredient list focuses on nutrient dense, whole food ingredients that taste delicious. <\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Watermelon <\/strong>\u2013 Has vitamin A, potassium, magnesium, and antioxidants like vitamin C, carotenoids, lycopene, and cucurbitacin E. It\u2019s really hydrating and there\u2019s some evidence it\u2019s antioxidants help with cancer prevention.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coconut water<\/strong> \u2013 Loaded with potassium and has some magnesium and sodium too. You\u2019ll also find phosphorus, vitamin C, and calcium.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Electrolyte powder<\/strong> \u2013 My favorite is LMNT. It offers a concentrated and balanced blend of magnesium, sodium, and potassium. Most brands don\u2019t have the levels our body actually needs to hydrate.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Raw Honey <\/strong>\u2013 Adds a touch of sweetness, antioxidants, and antimicrobial benefits.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gelatin<\/strong> \u2013 Grass-fed gelatin offers naturally occurring collagen for healthier skin, hair, nails, and gut function.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-make-electrolyte-gummies\">How To Make Electrolyte Gummies<\/h2>\n<p>There are a few different ways to make these. Option 1 is to use watermelon that\u2019s been blended and strained. This creates a thin juice for a more traditional gelatin gummy. Or you can not strain the pulp out to create a higher fiber version.
