bodies and nervous systems have been living under chronic stress for years.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1386\" data-end=\"1615\">And often, traditional fitness programs only bandage symptoms instead of helping women understand and address the deeper root issues affecting their health, habits, metabolism, mindset, and relationship with their body.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1617\" data-end=\"1686\">That drained<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"16n8i2a\" data-start=\"1902\" data-end=\"1909\">stuck<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"a81q2w\" data-start=\"1910\" data-end=\"1957\">frustrated that nothing seems to data-end=\"3390\">Yes, strategy matters.<br \/>Nutrition matters.<br \/>Strength training matters.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3392\" data-end=\"3414\">But your story matters too.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3416\" data-end=\"3461\">The emotional side of transformation matters.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3463\" data-end=\"3490\">The nervous system matters.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3492\" data-end=\"3541\">The patterns women have carried for years matter.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3543\" data-end=\"3623\">I care deeply about helping women uncover the root issues that may be data-end=\"3758\">fear of failure<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"13qnzfv\" data-start=\"3759\" data-end=\"3784\">shame around their body<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3786\" data-end=\"3951\">Because when we only place bandages on symptoms without addressing what\u2019s happening underneath, women often stay trapped in cycles of frustration and discouragement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3953\" data-section-id=\"u0nbgd\" data-start=\"4887\" data-end=\"4907\">Eat enough protein<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"6r36t6\" data-start=\"4908\" data-end=\"4930\">Create recovery time<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1fcg9dc\" data-start=\"4931\" data-end=\"4959\">Practice stress management<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"3hhl5l\" data-start=\"4960\" data-end=\"4992\">Reduce all-or-nothing thinking (this is a trauma-response, a way of thinking that got wired in to keep you safe as a child \u2013 it can be rewired gently)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"135g2u6\" data-start=\"4993\" data-end=\"5031\">Focus on consistency over perfection (again perfectionism is a trauma-response, it\u2019s not your personality, it\u2019s a survival mechanism that can be gently rewired)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"19xu35a\" data-start=\"5032\" data-end=\"5096\">Learn to work with your body instead of constantly fighting it<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"5098\" data-end=\"5155\">Small sustainable habits create long-term transformation.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1iy8uul\" data-start=\"5157\" data-end=\"5180\">You Are Not Too Late<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"5182\" data-end=\"5211\">Women over 40 can absolutely:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"5212\" data-end=\"5334\">\n<li data-section-id=\"uyula6\" data-start=\"5212\" data-end=\"5227\">lose body fat<\/li>\n<li
