His path to pediatric ENT wasn\u2019t what he originally expected, but it\u2019s where he discovered his true passion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI went to residency thinking that I was going to be a head and neck cancer surgeon,\u201d says Dr. Francom. \u201cThen I started working with kids, and the kids were just so much fun. They make you laugh.
