Fuel your workout with this creamy, fruity and colorful concoction of pureed raspberries and yogurt with the crunch of pistachios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Raspberry Smoothie Bowls With Pears and Pistachios<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 1\/2 cups (613g) plain 0% Greek yogurt<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 medium frozen banana<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 cup (150g) frozen raspberries<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 tbsp (21g) chia seeds<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 cup (140g) sliced pears<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/4 cup (38g) fresh blueberries<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 tbsp shelled pistachios, chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add the yogurt, banana, raspberries and chia seeds to a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Divide between two low bowls and arrange the pear slices, blueberries and pistachios on top.
