You can dress the salad with the tahini sauce, too.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Active time:<\/strong> 10 minutes <strong>Total time:<\/strong> 40 minutes<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Lebanese Vegetarian Kabobs With Lemon Tahini Sauce<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">8 (8-in\/20-cm) bamboo skewers<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/4 cup (59ml) tahini<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/4 cup (59ml) warm water<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3 tbsp nutritional yeast<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3 tbsp lemon juice<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 medium garlic cloves, finely chopped and smashed, divided<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/2 tsp salt, divided<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 (12-oz.\/340g) package Impossible Burger\u00ae<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tsp ground cumin<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/4 tsp ground cinnamon<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 tbsp parsley or cilantro, finely chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/2 tsp pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Soak the bamboo skewers in a pan of cold water for 30 min.; this prevents them from burning on the grill. You can also use metal skewers, which won\u2019t need to be soaked. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In a medium bowl, whisk together the tahini, water, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, 1 tsp garlic and 1\/4 tsp salt. Set aside.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In a large bowl, mix the ground vegetarian burger, remaining garlic, cumin, cinnamon, parsley and pepper until combined. Divide the mixture into 8 portions. Shape the portions onto the skewers into flattened sausage shapes, squeezing the mixture to mold it onto the skewer and leaving the last 2 in (5cm) of the skewers uncovered. Mist the kabobs with olive oil spray before grilling.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Grill until the kabobs are browned on both sides and heated through, about 4 min. per side.
