Greek yogurt adds <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.myfitnesspal.com\/essential-guide-to-protein\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">protein<\/a>, so you\u2019ll feel full and satisfied longer.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Green Mango Kale Protein Shake<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 cups (490g) plain 0% Greek yogurt<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 cup (150g) chopped mango, frozen<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 medium banana, frozen<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3 cups (75g) kale, stemmed and torn<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 tbsp (21g) chia seeds<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 scoops protein powder<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In a blender, add the yogurt, then the mango, banana and kale. Secure the lid and blend, scraping down as needed, until very smooth.
