However, don\u2019t be fooled by this humble dish. Something magical happens while the muesli sits in the fridge over time, turning the oats into a soft, creamy and satisfying breakfast. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Coconut-Green Apple Muesli<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 1\/2 cups (368g) plain 0% Greek yogurt<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/2 cup (122g120ml) unsweetened coconut milk<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bc cup (62g) freshly squeezed orange juice<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 tbsp light honey or maple syrup<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bc tsp ground cinnamon<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u215b tsp kosher salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 cup (80g) rolled oats<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bd cup (46g) sliced almonds, roasted and unsalted<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bd cup (59g) pepitas, roasted and unsalted<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/2 cup (21g) shredded unsweetened coconut<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 large Granny Smith apple, cored and shredded<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Optional garnishes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ground cinnamon, for sprinkling<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Honey or maple syrup, for drizzling<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Toasted shredded coconut<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Shredded apple<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Toasted chopped nuts, such as almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In a medium bowl, whisk the yogurt and milk with the orange juice, honey, cinnamon and salt. Fold in the oats, almonds, pepitas, coconut and apple until thoroughly combined. Scrape the muesli into four 1-cup jars with tight-fitting lids.
