As she pursued her medical degree, she developed a love for healing muscles, bones and ligaments as an orthopedic surgeon.   <\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy entire childhood shaped me to have a mechanical-thinking mind,\u201d says Dr. Valentine. \u201cWe get to see a tangible problem and think of a creative solution to fix it.
