Mushroom coffee brands claim that their product provides improved mental and physical performance, higher immunity, and better sleep (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.health.harvard.edu\/nutrition\/mushroom-coffee-worth-a-taste\">4<\/a>).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>But are these health claims grounded in science or just smart marketing?
