You are still <em data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1086\">very<\/em> capable of reaching your goals. It becomes too overwhelming to even start.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2466\" data-end=\"2497\">You expect instant results.<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2499\" data-end=\"2625\">You don\u2019t want to waste time or <a href=\"https:\/\/fitbottomedgirls.com\/2025\/07\/the-energy-budget-how-to-spend-your-mental-energy-wisely\/\">energy<\/a>.
