color: #000000;\"><strong>Rob\u2019s Results\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>At his heaviest \u2013 297lbs<\/p>\n<p>He worked with a trainer and lost a good amount of weight<\/p>\n<p>Then got sick and had to have surgery.<\/p>\n<p>After his surgery he was around 225lbs, Over 50% body fat and Over 50\u2033 stomach, lost muscle, lost strength<\/p>\n<p>We started working together and lost over 50lbs of fat<\/p>\n<p>He got as low as 149.8 lbs<\/p>\n<p>We then focused on more muscle back<\/p>\n<p>He stepped on stage around 162 and his stomach was 32\u2033 all at 65 years old<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px; Crash dieting, starvation, dehydration and weight going up and down again several times in one season. Binge eating between matches and weigh-ins. My body simply had no idea what consistency was. I was an asthmatic baby and was in the hospital much of my first few years. I seem to have at least one major battle going, I cannot remember a time of simple peace with no pain.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Then came another villain. I found out I was pretty brave when I used alcohol. Who knew I could dance and talk to girls; so I drank and drank and added substance abuse to keep that drinking train going full speed ahead.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><br clear=\"none\"\/>I did stop using and have been sober 29 years and 5 months but the reasons I drank and used didn\u2019t get the attention needed to heal. Thus, food became my addiction to cover a host of emotions\u2026<\/p>\n<p>I allowed myself to creep up n down till the yoyo stopped at a staggering 297lbs naked as a Jay Bird\u2026<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><h2 style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1481\" data-end=\"1611\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Addiction. I could not eat good healthy food without throwing up. 10ish years I would throw up 50-75 times a day. I developed acute pancreatitis and found myself in the emergency room many times. My teeth were decaying from all the acid. I had frequent headaches and I was living in misery.<\/p>\n<p>I was that angry fat guy making my family miserable at Disney land the happiest place on earth except for us guys with aching knees, ankles and sweating like hogs going to slaughter.<\/p>\n<p>I had deep dark thoughts and Satan was making his way into my life. I strained my marriage and my kids still to this day are angry with me. I was and still am to a degree a control freak and I was extremely demanding\u2026<\/p>\n<p>This lasted over a decade, then through a funeral I met Micah and Diana owners of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hitchfit.com\">HITCH FIT<\/a>. I was desperate so I literally ambushed them in a hallway and started the questions. Micah\u2019s story forced me to action. I committed to do everything and MORE, than he required. I pushed past broken ribs (2 times) a week of pancreatitis; a tear in a knee and still today I have a fracture in my left foot and 3 torn ligaments in my shoulder and bicep, the catheter and tubes were now completely<br clear=\"none\"\/>Gone after the prostate surgery, then I had oral surgery to repair the teeth that were damaged.
