I\u2019m a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Cycling Coach based in Essex.<\/p>\n<p>When it comes to cycling, I particularly love road and gravel riding and when winter hits, I\u2019m a huge fan of indoor cycling on Zwift. I\u2019ve also been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.keepitsimpelle.com\/liv-cycling-uk-ambassador\/\" data-lasso-id=\"8298\">a Liv Cycling UK ambassador<\/a> for the past ~6 years and am super proud to both support and be supported by the brand.<\/p>\n<p>I absolutely live for supporting women to choose and find their strong, be that through cycling, running or general fitness.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s some feedback about this podcast episode that Juliana shared with me: <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cJust listened to 2 episodes of your podcast\u2026the Canadian and the British woman.
