It sucks.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>The Solution: <b>Romanticize Your Life<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the last year or so, I\u2019ve been playing with a practice I call <\/span><b>Romanticizing Your Life<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014and no, it\u2019s not just about aesthetic lattes, getting your nails done weekly, traveling to exotic locations, or pretending your life is a Netflix Romcom. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nah, it\u2019s way more practical and accessible than that.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s actually a <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">brilliant blend<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of simple sensory engagement, nervous system regulation, and mindset work that helps you get sh*t done <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">with greater pleasure, ease, and intention.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Whether you\u2019re a fitness lover, stay at home mom, or a high-achiever trying to make your goals feel lighter and more sustainable, this simple practice will change how you show up to tackle all the things on your to-do list.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Time to connect to your senses. \ud83d\udc42\ud83d\udc41\ufe0f\ud83d\udc43\ud83d\udc45\ud83d\udd90\ufe0f<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here\u2019s how to do it:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>SCENT: Anchor Yourself With a Signature Smell<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Smell is one of the fastest ways to shift your emotional state. It\u2019s called VERSATILITY, okay?!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Music shifts your state. If you want to show up more consistently? Give your brain a sound it <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">wants<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to follow and boosts the vibe you\u00a0<em>want<\/em> to feel.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>SIGHT: Curate the Scene<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When your environment looks good, you <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">feel<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> good \u2014 and when you feel good, you get more done. Make your space more inviting and welcoming.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Open the blinds.
