(make sure to turn volume up to hear the precious things my mom says)<\/p>\n<p>My mom has always loved swimming. As a kid I can remember her diving into any pool, swimming way out in the ocean, and smiling even in the coldest water.<\/p>\n<p>When she lived in FL we often went to the pool in her neighborhood and I\u2019d give her a workout to do in the water. She had quite a bit of back pain but when she got in the water her body felt it\u2019s best.<\/p>\n<p>Ever since we moved her and my step dad to an assisted living home in CO 2 years ago she hasn\u2019t been to a pool.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Videoshop_2025-04-20_06-30-56-403\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/1077063448?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"563\" height=\"1000\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write; encrypted-media\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Well, at the urging of my son Quinn, we decided it was time to get her back in the water. My husband and both my sons were there to help. I wasn\u2019t sure how this was going to go since she is struggling more and more with walking but what happened when she entered the water was unforgettable. I have never seen my mom so happy which of course made my heart smile so big. Take a look at this special moment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">I hope you will all take a moment on Mother\u2019s Day and think about your favorite memories with your mom. I know I will never forget my mom\u2019s complete joy that day in the pool.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">PS: I am also so grateful to my husband and sons who jumped in the water with her!
