It\u2019s a simple way to add more fiber and plant-based omega-3 fatty acids. Plus, <a href=\"https:\/\/gethealthyu.com\/healthy-fats-to-eat-for-weight-loss\/\" data-lasso-id=\"83806\">healthy fats<\/a> like omega-3s have been found to help alleviate <a href=\"https:\/\/gethealthyu.com\/10-ways-deal-menopause-symptoms\/\" data-lasso-id=\"83807\">symptoms of menopause<\/a>.
