Happy Monday! I hope that you had a great weekend and that my friends who were celebrating Easter enjoyed a beautiful holiday. We had brunch here at the house, went to see\u00a0<em>King of Kings<\/em> with friends, and had dinner to celebrate Trevor\u2019s bday with the fam. Some people pack super light and I\u2019m like, \u201cHow can I cushion my mini <a href=\"http:\/\/somavedic.com?ref=Qmqy9%20\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"noopener\">Somavedic<\/a> so it doesn\u2019t break?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Maybe one day I\u2019ll be a carry-on only girl, but for now, I just have too many things I like to have with me. I tried to focus on solely the essentials for this post and included all of the wellness goodies I bring when I travel. I can\u2019t live without them because they really help with circulation and reducing swelling. I\u2019ll also get up and walk at least every couple of hours unless I\u2019m sleeping. I\u2019ll wear a jumpsuit or comfy pants when I travel (no leggings) so no one can tell I\u2019m in full grandma compression mode. <a href=\"https:\/\/rstyle.me\/+dlLBuGwcRQ7aGq0rvm3fmQ\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"noopener\">These are the best.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3Gc7mym\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"noopener\">Rest Eye masks<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>These are one of my can\u2019t-live-without eye care products, but they are amazing for overall eye wellness, especially if you deal with dry eyes on flights. I use one every single morning. I don\u2019t think you should take supplements without functional testing to see what your body actually needs. I\u2019ll pop in some ear plugs, add an eye mask, I\u2019ll also take <a href=\"https:\/\/equi.life\/products\/melatonin-liquid?irad=909166&amp;irmp=357907\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"noopener\">melatonin<\/a> on travel days, and nighty night everyone. <a href=\"https:\/\/vivarays.com\/ginaharney\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"noopener\">Vivarays makes an amaaaaazing eye mask.<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/shareasale.com\/r.cfm?b=2724088&amp;u=1688458&amp;m=100025&amp;urllink=&amp;afftrack=\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"noopener\">Travel humidifier<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>One of the easiest healthy habits for my eyes and skin has een daily humidifier use.<a href=\"https:\/\/shareasale.com\/r.cfm?b=2660706&amp;u=1688458&amp;m=100025&amp;urllink=&amp;afftrack=\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"noopener\">I use the full-sized version at home<\/a>, but when I travel,<a href=\"https:\/\/shareasale.com\/r.cfm?b=2724088&amp;u=1688458&amp;m=100025&amp;urllink=&amp;afftrack=\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"noopener\"> I use this smaller travel humidifier<\/a>. every.single.day. My favorite flavors are raspberry and citrus, and i\u2019ll keep some packets in my carry-on and put more in my suitcase. <a href=\"http:\/\/thrv.me\/gbDAwX\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"noopener\">We have them on subscription from Thrive Market.<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Clearly filtered water bottle<\/h3>\n<p>Water always sketches me out a bit when we travel. It\u2019s fine when we get to our destination (we\u2019ll get large glass bottles of water to have at the hotel) but at the airport, you have the choice of water dispensers (tap water) or plastic bottles. <a href=\"https:\/\/get.aspr.app\/SHp1p\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"noopener\">The perfect solution: Clearly Filtered<\/a>. This bottle filters out 300+ contaminants and the water tastes amazing. We also use and love <a href=\"https:\/\/get.aspr.app\/SHp1p\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"noopener\">their pitcher<\/a> at home.<\/p>\n<h3>Blue light blocking glasses<\/h3>\n<p>When you travel, you\u2019re surrounded by florescent and LED lights in the airport and on the plane. I love to wear my 4-in-1 glasses throughout the day, but especially the red lenses before I go to sleep. <a href=\"https:\/\/vivarays.com\/ginaharney\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"noopener\">Here\u2019s my link for the best ones<\/a> (code FITNESSISTA).<\/p>\n<h3>Neck pillow<\/h3>\n<p>I\u2019ve tried SO MANY travel neck pillows and <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3GtQ3ss\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"noopener\">this is my all-time fave.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I can prop it against the window and get quality sleep on the flight. Last time we went to Spain, I slept almost the entire way from Phoenix to London and landed feeling refreshed and awake!<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/tidd.ly\/4gNfLFF\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"noopener\">Red light mask<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>This is so portable, lightweight, and easy to pack.
