{"id":13977,"date":"2025-04-18T01:20:18","date_gmt":"2025-04-17T18:20:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/loudhdtv.com\/?p=13977"},"modified":"2025-04-18T01:20:18","modified_gmt":"2025-04-17T18:20:18","slug":"sasan-heriati-shares-the-leg-exercises-he-feels-brings-the-most-mass","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/loudhdtv.com\/?p=13977","title":{"rendered":"Sasan Heriati Shares the Leg Exercises He Feels Brings the Most Mass"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-3711241968723425\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Dennis James and Milos Sarcev were joined by bodybuilding star Sasan Heriati for Episode 227 of The Menace Podcast, and the man who recently took <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ifbbpro.com\/competition\/2025-detroit-pro-am\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">second place at the 2025 Detroit Pro<\/a> and now <a href=\"https:\/\/frontdouble.com\/heirati-vow-after-second-at-fibo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">second place at FIBO in Germany<\/a> has shared the exercises that he feels gives him with the most mass in his legs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat do you (attribute) to your crazy legs?\u201d asked Milos \u201cThe Mind\u201d in order to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greatestphysiques.com\/male-physiques\/sasan-heirati\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">find out which exercise the Persian-born, British-raised professional bodybuilder prefers<\/a>. \u201cWhat do you think (is) the exercise that brought the most mass and thickness and quality?\u201d Bodybuilding fans know that Heriati has been picking up weights since the age of 14, so we were all ears to find out the answer.<\/p>\n<h2>Sasan Heriati Names the Leg Press and Hack Squat as his Most Prized Leg Exercises<\/h2>\n<p>\u201cFor me, personally, I would have to say that high-volume leg press work. Leg press and hack (squats),\u201d shared the man who has recently taken both William Bonac and Andrew Jacked to the limit. \u201cI would say (these moves) really blew out my quads and gave them a different dimension.\u201d The IFBB Pro also shares that he stopped squatting because of lower back and knee issues and that this is one of the reasons he gravitated to his chosen moves. While Sarcev wanted to focus on squats in his questioning, the men\u2019s open competitor explained that he kept an open mind when training. \u201cI like to use as much as I can, a variety I guess, so to speak.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Heriati will need to keep training smart and avoid injury, since he has <a href=\"https:\/\/frontdouble.com\/heirati-vow-after-second-at-fibo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">confirmed a desire to qualify for the 2025 Mr Olympia<\/a>.
