This type of movement will activate your entire body, utilizing the quads, abductors, glutes and hamstrings in the lower body, while tightening the core for stability, and working the arms with the dumbbell. Neidhart then takes the dumbbell and raises it skyward for some slow and controlled triceps extensions. She\u2019s also wearing Power Cuffs around her upper thighs to add <a href=\"https:\/\/www.muscleandfitness.com\/flexonline\/training\/jeremy-potvin-demonstrates-blood-flow-restriction-training\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the element of blood flow restriction training.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>One impressed Instagram follower wanted to know more. \u201cWhat\u2019s your current workout split?\u201d they asked. \u201cI just try to work hard every day,\u201d responded the popular pro wrestler. \u201cAnd I take a ton of vitamins and I do a lot of recovery work,\u201d she added. \u201cWe\u2019re nothing without our bodies being in the best shape.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.muscleandfitness.com\/athletes-celebrities\/news\/natalya-neidhart-carries-her-wwe-family-legacy-forward\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Neidhart talked in greater detail to M&amp;F about her fitness regime<\/a> earlier this year. \u201cI\u2019m into intermittent fasting,\u201d she explained. \u201cI\u2019ve lost 25 pounds in the last year-and-a-half. I\u2019m religious about vitamins, I take so many vitamins, it just keeps me on my toes. I just got a hyperbaric (oxygen therapy) chamber. I\u2019m big on brain health, just getting tons of oxygen to my body. And I\u2019m obsessed with living a healthy life. But it\u2019s all about balance, because I also love my Oreos!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Natalya Neidhart is currently part of WWE\u2019s RAW brand and can be seen on Netflix.
