Here\u2019s how to try this epic session for yourself.<\/p>\n<p>Regan Grimes likes to work himself into the ground when it comes to training legs and he\u2019s earned some impressive fans along the way, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.muscleandfitness.com\/flexonline\/training\/jay-cutler-shares-this-unique-dumbbell-hamstring-exercise\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the original \u201cQuad Stomper\u201d and former Mr. Olympia, Jay Cutler<\/a>. As you can see, every exercise is two working sets.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>By repping out 12-15 heavy reps, Grimes is heading for hypotrophy in order to really stack on some size. When it comes to hack squats, \u201cThis is a really quad focused movement,\u201d explains Grimes, who follows up with the lying leg curl. \u201cThis is just one hamstring exercise for the quad dominant leg day,\u201d says the bodybuilder, who adds that he will completes a more <a href=\"https:\/\/www.muscleandfitness.com\/workouts\/leg-exercises\/30-minute-dumbbell-workout-build-your-hamstrings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hamstring focused workout<\/a> later in the week. The standing hack squat is Grime\u2019s weapon of choice for \u201chitting glutes,\u201d before rounding out his workout with the pin loaded leg press, saying that this move is \u201cperfect\u201d for targeting the quads.
