I had no idea the kind of people He would bring into my life or the hearts He would touch\u2014including a sweet 30-year-old woman named Kiera.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"337\" data-end=\"826\">Kiera\u2019s dad has sent me pictures and videos over the years of her working out with Faithful Workouts. For some reason, he says she absolutely loves the show. Though she is nonverbal and faces physical challenges, she kneels down and moves the best she can, fully engaged in the workouts. At first, her family wasn\u2019t sure how much she was understanding, but one day, during a workout, I told everyone to grab some water. In that moment, Kiera made a noise and did the hand sign for water.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"828\" data-end=\"870\">I still get choked up thinking about it.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"1286\">A few months ago, I had the chance to visit Arizona, where she lives. I reached out to her dad and asked if I could stop by to see her. Being with Kiera in person\u2014seeing her joy, her light, and the love of her incredible parents\u2014was an experience I never expected when I first felt called to this ministry. I am forever grateful that Faithful Workouts impacted her so greatly and forever grateful that God allowed me to see it.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1909\" data-end=\"2187\">Kiera\u2019s story is a powerful reminder that even when we don\u2019t see the full picture, God is at work. He is touching lives in ways we may never fully understand. Sometimes, we plant seeds and never get to see them grow\u2014but every once in a while, God allows us to catch a glimpse.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2189\" data-end=\"2336\"><em data-start=\"2189\" data-end=\"2317\">\u201cNow to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us.\u201d<\/em> \u2014 Ephesians 3:20<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2338\" data-end=\"2550\">I never dreamed that when I started Faithful Workouts, I would have the privilege of meeting someone like Kiera, let alone being part of her journey in this way. It\u2019s humbling. It\u2019s beautiful. And it\u2019s all God.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2552\" data-end=\"2823\">If you ever wonder whether God is using you, let Kiera\u2019s story be a reminder that He is. Even when we don\u2019t see it, even when we feel like what we\u2019re doing isn\u2019t making much of a difference\u2014He is weaving together something far greater than we could ever plan ourselves.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2825\" data-end=\"2856\"\/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2825\" data-end=\"2856\">Three Takeaways to Remember:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li data-start=\"2857\" data-end=\"3420\"><strong data-start=\"2861\" data-end=\"2901\">Your impact is bigger than you know.<\/strong>Even the small, faithful steps you take can reach hearts in ways you never expected.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2857\" data-end=\"3420\"><strong data-start=\"2993\" data-end=\"3037\">God is always working behind the scenes.<\/strong>Just because you don\u2019t see immediate results doesn\u2019t mean He isn\u2019t moving. Sometimes, He lets us see a glimpse\u2014but even when we don\u2019t, we can trust He\u2019s at work.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2857\" data-end=\"3420\"><strong data-start=\"3206\" data-end=\"3276\">Say \u201cyes\u201d to God\u2019s call, even when you don\u2019t have all the answers.<\/strong>When I started Faithful Workouts, I had no idea how God would use it. But His plans are always greater than ours. Trust Him with the journey.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3422\" data-end=\"3609\">I walked away from my time with Kiera feeling so encouraged, so reminded of God\u2019s goodness, and so thankful that I get to be part of His work.
