After all, <strong>strength in numbers<\/strong> isn\u2019t just a saying, it\u2019s a way to train, support, and thrive with your fitness.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Workout Format:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Time:<\/strong> 20 minutes<\/li>\n<li><strong>Structure:<\/strong> Timed Partner Circuit\n<ol>\n<li>The workout consists of a dynamic circuit that contains 7 exercises (3 on the TG, 3 on the floor, and a \u201cGlow Flow\u201d move performed together)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Set the timer for 20 minutes.<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Warm-up: Move together with dynamic movements (3-5 minutes)<\/li>\n<li>Circuits: Time each exercise for 45 seconds, allowing 15 seconds to rest and transition<\/li>\n<li>Cool-down: take a few minutes to perform your own stretches together (3-5 minutes)<\/li>\n<li>Complete 2-3 <strong>full rounds<\/strong> of the circuit so that each gal performs both parts.
