Look for a <em>cultured<\/em> cottage since these have gut-friendly probiotics added \u2013 Good Culture cottage cheese is one of the most popular cultured cottage cheese brands.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ranch Seasoning Mix:<\/strong> use store-bought ranch salad dressing seasoning mix to add ranch flavor to this dip. Hidden Valley Ranch makes the most popular one, but there are other brands like Trader Joe\u2019s or Simply Organic as well. You can also make your own (it\u2019s very simple!).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you don\u2019t have any ranch dressing seasoning on hand, it\u2019s really simple to make a batch of it at home with a few simple ingredients. <\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll have extra dip seasoning leftover so you can save it in a jar for a future batch of dip, or use it on roasted veggies or to make ranch dressing.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Homemade Ranch Seasoning:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 \u00bd tablespoons buttermilk powder, 1 \u00bd teaspoons dried parsley, 1 \u00bd teaspoons dried chives, 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder, 1 teaspoon dried dill, \u00bd teaspoon sea salt<\/li>\n<li>If you can\u2019t find dried chives, substitute with 1 teaspoon onion powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-variations\">Variations<\/h2>\n<p>I love the ranch seasoning in this whipped cottage cheese dip.
