But have you ever noticed that approach typically only offers temporary relief? Well, friends, that\u2019s probably because the underlying issue usually isn\u2019t due to a lack of flexibility. For lasting results, experts recommend <a href=\"https:\/\/fitbottomedgirls.com\/2019\/11\/9-exercise-ball-moves-that-strengthen-your-entire-body\/\">strengthening<\/a> the affected area because more often than not, strength \u2013 not flexibility \u2013 \u00a0is the answer to alleviating pain, easing tension, preventing injury, as well as improving mobility and quality of life.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">So if you\u2019ve been stretching and stretching and nothing is changing, try incorporating strength training into your life.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">But you don\u2019t have to take my word for it.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fitbottomedgirls.libsyn.com\/ep-144-strength-training-for-less-pain-with-trisha-durham\">In the week\u2019s podcast episode<\/a>, I chat with <a href=\"https:\/\/trisha.yoga\/\" class=\"external\" rel=\"nofollow\">Trisha Durham<\/a>. <span data-sheets-root=\"1\">With over two decades of experience in ashtanga vinyasa yoga, Trisha has transitioned from a traditional yoga teacher to a multifaceted movement trainer.
