I love when we take a break from our daily routine to give thanks. I love all the festivities that go into planning, preparing and eating a shared meal. When the day is over and all the lThanksgiving leftovers go in the fridge, though, you may be wondering what you can do with it all without having to spend the next several days in the kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>I definitely don\u2019t like to throw out food so I am always coming up with ways to use my leftovers that are easy to put together. Here are some of my favorite recipes using Thanksgiving leftovers.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"18.72\" data-lineheight=\"33.5088px\">1.) Sweet Potato or Regular Potato Cakes<\/h3>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-76871\" src=\"https:\/\/faithfulworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/1-300x240.png\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/faithfulworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/1-300x240.png 300w, https:\/\/faithfulworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/1-1024x819.png 1024w, https:\/\/faithfulworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/1-768x614.png 768w, https:\/\/faithfulworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/1-50x40.png 50w, https:\/\/faithfulworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/1-100x80.png 100w, https:\/\/faithfulworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/1-600x480.png 600w, https:\/\/faithfulworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/1.png 1350w\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"240\"\/><\/p>\n<p>2 Cups Mashed Potatoes or sweet potatoes<br \/>2 Eggs<br \/>3 Scallions \u2013 Finely Chopped (if you don\u2019t have scallions you can substitute with chives)<br \/>1 Tbsp Grapeseed Oil<\/p>\n<p>Mix together all the ingredients. Pour a high heat oil like grapeseed oil into a frying pan. Warm over med. heat. Form 3\u2033 cakes and gently drop into the pan. Cook until golden brown, flip and continue cooking until browned on both sides.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"18.72\" data-lineheight=\"33.5088px\">2.) Turkey Stir-fry<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-76872\" src=\"https:\/\/faithfulworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2-300x240.png\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 301px) 100vw, 301px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/faithfulworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2-300x240.png 300w, https:\/\/faithfulworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2-1024x819.png 1024w, https:\/\/faithfulworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2-768x614.png 768w, https:\/\/faithfulworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2-50x40.png 50w, https:\/\/faithfulworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2-100x80.png 100w, https:\/\/faithfulworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2-600x480.png 600w, https:\/\/faithfulworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2.png 1350w\" alt=\"\" width=\"301\" height=\"241\"\/><\/p>\n<p>2 Cups Diced Turkey<br \/>4 Stalks Celery \u2013 Sliced<br \/>1 Medium Onion \u2013 \u00a0Diced<br \/>10 Mushrooms \u2013 Sliced<br \/>Soy Sauce \u2013 2 Tsp<br \/>Sesame Seeds \u2013 1 Tsp<br \/><em>(The great thing about stir-fry recipes is that you can add whatever veggies you have on hand. Carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, asparagus, Brussel sprouts. Add in sliced almonds. Have fun with this recipe!)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dice left over turkey. Cut celery, onions and mushrooms into bite size pieces. Put sesame or other high heat into a pan and warm over high heat. Add vegetables to oil and cook until crisp yet tender. Add turkey and stir. Season with a splash of soy sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"18.72\" data-lineheight=\"33.5088px\">3.) Turkey Soup<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-76873\" src=\"https:\/\/faithfulworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/3-300x240.png\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/faithfulworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/3-300x240.png 300w, https:\/\/faithfulworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/3-1024x819.png 1024w, https:\/\/faithfulworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/3-768x614.png 768w, https:\/\/faithfulworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/3-50x40.png 50w, https:\/\/faithfulworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/3-100x80.png 100w, https:\/\/faithfulworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/3-600x480.png 600w, https:\/\/faithfulworkouts.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/3.png 1350w\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"240\"\/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">32 Oz Chicken Broth<br \/>4 Stalks Celery \u2013 Sliced<br \/>4 Carrots \u2013 Sliced<br \/>1 Medium Onion \u2013 Diced<br \/>1 Cup Peas<br \/>1\/3 Cup Fresh Parsley \u2013 Chopped<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Add Chicken broth to a large pot. Add sliced celery, carrots, and onions. Cook until just tender. Add peas and diced turkey.
