class=\"TextRun Highlight SCXW248874003 BCX8\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW248874003 BCX8\">The process of collecting work to include in this review provided further evidence of the tendency to focus on deficits rather than strengths in the American Indian and Alaska Native health inequities literature. More specifically, most of the published work in this area continues to use a risk framework to present their findings, but these findings could be presented using a resilience framework.
