Cover a broiler pan or baking sheet with aluminum foil. Use plenty of cooking spray on the foil.<\/p>\n<p>In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice and oil. Add the scallops and toss gently to coat with the honey mixture. Arrange the scallops in a single layer on the prepared broiler pan or baking sheet.<\/p>\n<p>Broil the first side of the scallops for about 5 minutes. To test doneness, use the top of a knife to pull up a bit of the scallop. The scallops are done when they are no longer clear throughout, called opaque.
