The flexibility to be present for school drop-offs, chaperone field trips, and volunteer in the classroom became even more invaluable. \u201cOutside of part-time preschool for my kids when they were toddlers, I have never had to use daycare or babysitters,\u201d Jody shares. \u201cBeing able to spend time with them when they are little has been such a gift that FIT4MOM gave me all these years!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However, Jody quickly discovered that her passion for FIT4MOM was more than being present for her kids. &#8220;When I first started, a new passion for fitness began,&#8221; she recalls. \u201cI had always loved attending group fitness classes but never dreamed I would teach them.\u201d Over time, she fell in love with leading classes and witnessing the transformations in the moms who attended. \u201cI fell in love with seeing moms push themselves and overcome fitness challenges or start a new health journey.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Yet, the most powerful transformation was something more profound than fitness. \u201cIt didn\u2019t take long for me to see that community of moms building and how important it is for moms to find their \u2018village.\u2019\u201d That sense of community\u2014creating a space where moms can find physical and emotional support\u2014became the core of Jody\u2019s work. \u201cWhether the key driver has been building community or empowering moms to prioritize their health, both have ignited a purpose in me that I didn\u2019t know was there.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-3711241968723425\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><br \/>\n<br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/fit4mom.com\/blog\/creating-balance-and-flexibility-in-your-life\">Source link <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At first, Jody\u2019s motivation was clear: \u201cMy \u2018why\u2019 was wanting to stay home with my new baby!\u201d But over the years, as her family grew to include two more children, her \u201cwhy\u201d evolved.
