Call me old school but this gal preferred the days when the best way to recover was simply about getting the right amount of <a href=\"https:\/\/fitbottomedgirls.com\/2017\/04\/cant-sleep-try-these-sleep-relaxation-techniques\/\">sleep<\/a>, food, and fun.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/vP9TH6ccFIA\" class=\"external\" rel=\"nofollow\">In this episode<\/a>, I pick the brain of one of the best recovery specialists I know, <a href=\"https:\/\/sagerountree.com\" class=\"external\" rel=\"nofollow\">Sage Rountree<\/a>.
