And both reigning champion Sarah Villegas and former <a href=\"https:\/\/www.muscleandfitness.com\/flexonline\/flex-news\/natalia-abraham-coelho-wins-womens-physique-olympia-mr-olympia-prejudging-held\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">titleholder Natalia Abraham Coelho<\/a> did not disappoint when they stepped onstage during the evening finals. Villegas, however was able to hold on and win the 2024 Women\u2019s Physique Olympia, earning her fourth crown.<\/p>\n<p>The two champions once again stood in the middle of the stage awaiting the announcement and Villegas\u2019 name was announced by host Bob Cicherillo as the winner.
