As a clinical nurse in our Medical-Surgical Unit, she\u2019s focused on getting kids healthy and back to their lives. As a charge nurse and preceptor who supports nursing students, she teaches and advises newer nurses.  <\/p>\n<p>Being a pediatric clinical nurse at Children\u2019s Colorado allows Courtney to fulfill both roles. <\/p>\n<p>Courtney is here because she loves caring for kids and experiencing the joy they bring to the world.
