But most have an orgasm only with touching of the small, button-like area of flesh at the top of the vulva, called the clitoris.<\/p>\n<p>How people have orgasms differs. So your partner might not know what you need. Then you&#8217;re not likely to have sex that leads to orgasm.<\/p>\n<p>Knowing how you like to be touched and letting your partner know can be tough.
