Kids feel overwhelmed, and school teachers grapple with how to support their students&#8217; mental health alongside their academic responsibilities. Enter Children&#8217;s Colorado&#8217;s Building Resiliency for Healthy Kids Program. <\/p>\n<p>This unique program is an evidence-based, child-centered program that places health coaches in Colorado Springs middle schools to help sixth graders one-on-one.
